OMG PLEASE GET RID OF THIS LOGO AND GO BACK TO THE OLD CIRCUS SCRIPT! This is the horrible design studio that made this abomination among others http://raredesign.com/ (Memphis Grizzlies, a bunch of reject logos for NBA teams) Tell them to stop PLEASE they ruined the script of my favorite NFL team.

I think the idea was to have the team nickname in the same font as the SF on the helmet, in an attempt to "modernize" their look. I prefer the older more "western" look that they had, and that they won all their championships with.
