The Los Angeles Lakers logo shows a gold basketball with LAKERS across the front in purple lettering with speed lines. First used back in 1965, the Lakers have modified the colours used in this logo several times over that span, the most recent of which was in 2023 when the Lakers darkened the shade of purple on this logo considerably.
