More Information on This Logo

Hiroshi Yamauchi was owner of the Seattle Mariners from 1992 until his death in 2013, he was also the president of the Nintendo video game corporation from 1949-2002. The Mariners added this patch to the sleeve of their jerseys for the final few games of 2013 as Yamauchi died very late in the season.
