What is this Minnesota North Stars Uniform?

This was a rejected North Stars road jersey prototype design. It was supposedly planned to launch when the black infused white home jersey was back during the 1981-82 season, but was delayed numerous times and then later scrapped in favor of the black infused green road jersey that would launch for the 1987-88 season.
