What is this New York Giants Logo?

The New York Giants road jersey logo featured NEW YORK in black lettering with orange trim on a grey jersey. The Giants removed the black and orange piping from the front of their uniform before the 1949 season. This would be the last road jersey logo the Giants would wear before moving to San Francisco in 1958.
