What is this Chicago Bulls Uniform?

Continuing the theme of honouring the Chicago City flag, the Chicago Bulls "City Edition" uniform from the 2019-20 season was primarily baby blue with four red stars up either side of the shorts, on the chest is the Bulls familiar primary logo recoloured in blue and red.
