What is this Toronto Raptors Uniform?

To celebrate the Chinese (or Lunar) New Year, the Toronto Raptors wore this altered version of their usual red Icon Edition set in 2017. The design is identical to the usual set but with the Raptors script replaced with TORONTO in Mandarin - a dragon head and the Raptors logo inserted into the characters.
