What is this Major League Baseball Logo?
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first of the prominent Negro Leagues, all Major League Baseball players wore this logo as a patch on their jerseys for games played on August 16, 2020. The logo features the blue silhouette of a baseball player on a red shield, it reads NEGRO LEAGUES in vintage white lettering across the front and the years 1920 2020 in the upper corners. This logo was originally created by and for the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City.
