The Detroit Tigers made the Olde English D their permanent cap logo for the 1934 season with the introduction of this cap featuring the classic D in white on an all-navy blue cap. The Tigers would wear this cap for both home and road games from 1934 until 1946, it was worn on the road only from 1947 to 1950.
