For the 2022-23 season, the Carolina Hurricanes promoted their previous alternate black uniform to home jersey status. The uniform has storm grey shoulders, secondary hurricane warning flag on chest, heathered red pattern stripes, and tonal grey shoulder patches including a North Carolina state flag.
