What is this Los Angeles Chargers Helmet?

Upon their relocation up the coast from San Diego to Los Angeles in 2017, the Chargers retained their white helmet with a gold lightning bolt on the side. Note that for just the 2019 season only this particular configuration, with the blue facemask, was reservered only for games played with the Chargers alternate navy blue uniforms.
