What is the Colorado Buffaloes Logo?

Charging black buffalo with a cloud of dust. This was an artist`s conception of a running buffalo, one that resembled a painting and was next-to-impossible to reproduce for clothing. This emblem hung around until the 1981 introduction of the CU Buffalo logo.
