What is the Jacksonville State Gamecocks Logo?
Right-facing gamecock (a rooster bred for fighting) in red, yellow, and black. Can be found as early as 1976, first appeared on their football helmets in 1985. The logo is attributed to the late Mr. Jim Abbott of Anniston Printing.
