What is this Delmarva Shorebirds Logo?

The Delmarva Shorebirds logo features the head of a blue heron recoloured in orange, black, and white with a silver outline. The recolouring was done to better match the club's MLB affiliation with the Baltimore Orioles. This logo appears twice to account for the club's shift from the South Atlantic League to the Carolina League in 2021.
