What is the Philadelphia Phillies Logo?

Not sure if this was an actual primary logo or just a popular graphic used on many Phillies pennants and other items of the time. As with many early 20th Century logos pinning down an exact designation of what was a primary logo and what was an unofficial promotion logo can be tricky.
