What is this Jacksonville State Gamecocks Logo?

Horizonal slanted Jax State wordmark in red, black, and white. In January 2023, JSU approved a plan that placed greater emphasis on the university`s nickname, Jax State. The institution will continue to be known as Jacksonville State University but began using Jax State in marketing and promotional materials. The typeface uses the same style used by the athletics program since 2002.
