Arched & beveled MIAMI above UNIVERSITY above full-bodied redhawk with silver beak clutching a ribbon with stylized REDHAWKS type with a brick arch in the background, all in red, silver, black, and white. Starting in 1996, the Miami Tribe of Oklahoma (formerly of Ohio) stated their disapproval of the Redskins nickname.
