Benny Beaver logo consisting of a smiling beaver head wearing a sailor hat with OSU on it. Oregon State College became University in 1961 thus the OSC on the hat was changed to OSU. There are several versions of this logo, this version features the thicker OSU font. Another similar version has serifs on the OSU. Exact colors of orange & brown varied over the years of use.
