What is this Pittsburgh Panthers Logo?
Modernized panther head. The old torch-cut Panther head introduced in 1997 was modified in 2006 to give it a sleeker look. Shown in same blue & gold colors. The new Panther head resulted from the creative efforts of the Pitt athletic department and the Collegiate Licensing Company.
