What is this Portland State Vikings Logo?
Primary PS Shield logo in green & white, outlined in white on dark background. The typography of the PS creates the Dagaz Viking Rune which literally means daylight; represents growth, progress, and brightness. The outer shape is the Viking Shield, a defense tool. Its design and usability made it a dangerous weapon in the hands of a trained warriors. The bottom of the logo represents the hull of a Viking ship.
