The New York Giants road jersey logo in 1947 featured NEW YORK in black lettering with orange trim on a grey jersey with black and orange piping. Following this season, the Giants switched from a zipper front to a button-up front. Following to switch to black and orange, the Giants never changed their colour scheme again, moving with the club to San Francisco in 1958.
