What is this Washington Huskies Logo?
Following 15 months of work involving an internal committee and local and national branding experts, Washington announced a new, consolidated identity program in April 2001. Washington selected Nike Team Sports, a division of Nike, to oversee the identity project. This new secondary is the paw logo with the Block W on the palm in purple and gold. It was introduced after the 2001 husky logo was discontinued.
