What is this Youngstown State Penguins Logo?
Secondary Penguin Pete logo facing to our left. Features Pete wearing a red/white stocking hat and white scarf, both with the Block Y logo. Originally drawn by Bill Oakley in 1979. The logo was revised in 2007 by updating the Block Y logos and changing the shade of yellow.
