What is this St. Louis Blues Uniform?

Debuted during the 1968 playoffs, the Blues altered the sleeve and tail stripes on their white road jersey to make it look more blended in with the rest of the jersey (numbers and shoulder yoke), also the shoulder yoke gets longer.
