What is this Charlotte Hornets Logo?

Originally introduced as the primary logo for the team but changed due to similarities with the Montreal Canadiens hockey team logo. Change occurred so late that the logo remained on uniform on the short waistband and on warmup jackets. Designed by fashion designer Alexander Julian
