What is this Oshawa Generals Logo?

Logo proposed to the Oshawa Generals by a design group and myself circa 1998/99. A radical re-branding, the team initially seemed receptive but ultimately denied it saying they would rather go with a local design group (apparently failing to notice that I happened to reside locally)
