The original New York Mets road jersey featured this logo, NEW YORK arched in blue with an orange outline on a grey button-up jersey with blue piping. This was worn on the New York Mets road uniform from 1962 until 1973 when it was replaced with the scripted Mets logo from their home jersey. The Mets brought this style back in 1995.
