What is this Chicago Bears Helmet?

The Chicago Bears helmet used from 1973 to 1981 featured a navy blue shell with the wishbone C logo on either side, now in orange with a white outline. Players would wear a grey facemask with this helmet. In 1982, the Bears switched to navy blue facemasks with this design.
