Toronto Blue Jays Logo

Primary Logo (2003)

What is the Toronto Blue Jays Logo?

The Toronto Blue Jays T-Bird logo was first introduced as a Batting Practice logo in 2000 before it quickly found its way onto their alternate uniforms and then eventually as the primary team logo for a single season in 2003. The logo featured a blue jay bird holding a yellow baseball bat and tossing a baseball while sporting a maple leaf tattoo on its arm, wrapped around a large red letter T. This logo was always intended to bridge the gap between identities as the club had planned and delivered a major rebrand for 2004.
