What is this Robert Morris Colonials Logo?
Alternate logo of a colonial with a tricorne & waving the original U.S. flag with 13 stars above stacked RMU Colonials wordmark in blue, red, and gray. Prior to the 2006-07 season, the Robert Morris University athletic department unveiled a logo family to be used by the department on apparel and uniforms, publications, merchandise, and competition venues. The process of designing a new athletic logo began in the spring of 2006; Rickabaugh Graphics was chosen to create the logo. The new athletic logo incorporates the Colonial as part of the department`s identity, is tough and aggressive, yet with a collegiate style.
