What is this Reno Aces Cap?

The Reno Aces alternate ballcap shows BLC (for Biggest Little City) in red with white inlines to mimic a neon sign and a large light-up star above the L, all in tribute to the Welcome to Reno sign. Since 2022, this logo has been worn on an all-red cap with a blue button and eyelets.
