What is this Carolina Hurricanes Uniform?

For the 2022-2023 season, the Carolina Hurricanes wore a special throwback 25th anniversary uniform in place of their third jersey. The uniform was based on the Hurricanes road red jersey the club wore during their first season in North Carolina back in 1997.
