What is this Davidson Wildcats Logo?
Alternate primary mark of the wildcat head on red diamond between Davidson and College wordmarks (vertically) in red, white, and black. Davidson College unveiled its new athletic marks in mid-August 2010 after partnering with SME, Inc. Through the process, they found that their students, alumni and fans really had an affinity for and identify with the previous logo, the cat with the diamond behind it, so they opted to continue along that evolutionary track to get the new primary mark.
