What is this Toronto Blue Jays Cap?
The Toronto Blue Jays' home cap, worn from 1989 to 1993, featured their familiar double-blue Blue Jay bird head logo on a red and white baseball with stitching and a red maple leaf. This logo was worn on the front white panel of an otherwise all-blue cap. This cap features a slightly different shade of blue on the top part of the bird from what was worn from 1977 to 1988. In 1993, the Blue Jays stopped wearing this cap altogether at the All-Star break, after an extended losing streak.
