What is the Weber State Wildcats Logo?
Waldo the Wildcat logo shown in purple & white. This logo is the creation of Dean W. Hurst, assistant to the president and a former member of a local advertising firm. It happened about 1965, and he saw in Waldo a character who was spunky, happy, full of enthusiasm, and eager to help with any cause. A female version of Waldo also existed at one time.
