What is the Grey Cup Logo?
The 83rd Grey Cup logo features a depiction of the Grey Cup in white placed inside a black and green roundel. "GREY CUP" is arched in white over the top with "SASKATCHEWAN" below on a flowing purple banner. The year 1995 is split across the logo and placed on a yellow banner, which transforms into wheat, representing the host province. Finally, the host city of Regina is above, arched in black. The 1995 Grey Cup game was played on November 19, 1995, at Taylor Field in Regina, with the Baltimore Stallions defeating the Calgary Stampeders 37-20, the only time in Grey Cup history that the championship was won by a non-Canadian team.
