Worn on the shoulder of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim jerseys in memory of the Walt Disney Company's president Frank G. Wells who died in a helicopter accident on April 3, 1994. The Mighty Ducks only wore this patch for the final 5 games of their inaugural 1993-94 season.
