What is this Seattle Mariners Uniform?

The nautical rose on the "S" of "Seattle" was added for the 2001 season. This uniform was worn with one-year-only commemorative patches on the left sleeve several times, including it's first two seasons (2001 - AL 100th, 2002 - Mariners 25th).
