What is the Miami Dolphins Logo?

The original Miami Dolphins logo was used from 1966 through to their move to the NFL in 1970 and until the end of the 1972 season. It featured an aqua dolphin wearing a white football helmet with an orange M for Miami. The dolphin was shown leaping in front of an orange sunburst. The Dolphins primary version of their logo depicts the dolphin closer toward the horizon than what the team wore on their helmets during the same period.
